CURRICULUM
Our curriculum allows children to use exploration and discovery as a way of learning. We encourage play based learning that enables children to develop confidence, creativity, and life-long critical thinking skills. We use a letter of the week curriculum guide that creates a literacy enriched classroom helping young learners prepare for kindergarten. We incorporate colors, shapes, numbers, and letters into our daily schedule and use the letter of the week themes to extend learning.
We have multiple learning centers throughout our school for kids to explore and learn. We focus on kindergarten readiness along with social and emotional skills. We love to make learning fun and exciting while challenging our students academically.
We have water days, dress-up days, special events, and field trips incorporated into our curriculum. Some of our field trips this year will include:
